Jimmy Mitchell is a speaker, composer, and musician who travels the world sharing the mystery of God’s love. More importantly, he is a beloved son of the Father, a friend and brother to young people, and an aspiring saint. He loves good music, old books, local coffee, craft beer, and big families.
Having now lived in Nashville longer than anywhere else, Jimmy proudly enjoys his city’s roots in country music and recent fame over hot chicken. However, his greatest passion is helping teenagers encounter God’s love and renew Christian culture. In 2010, he founded Mysterium with a vision for evangelization and discipleship that has brought him to every corner of the world hosting retreats and speaking at conferences for youth and young adults alike.
His favorite artists at the moment? NEEDTOBREATHE, Ben Rector, The Lumineers, Adele, and The Oh Hellos. Favorite authors? C.S. Lewis, G.K. Chesterton, Sheldon Vanauken, and Michael D. O’Brien. Curious for more? Hit him up on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
